When you need help you need it quickly. There are multiple ways in which we can help you to ensure a fast and cost effective outcome. We can offer the following methods of support, telephone, remote, onsite and in our workshop.

Phone support

Speak with one of our friendly help desk technicians over the phone. We can assist to diagnose and resolve issues like forgotten passwords, email and internet issues.

Remote support

Often remote support is the quickest and easiest way to resolve your issue. Anytime your computer has an internet connection we can assist you remotely. Using TeamViewer we can remotely connect to your computer in less than 60 seconds and begin assisting with your issue. Using remote access software like TeamViewer gives us full control of the computer to allow us to resolve your issue. You will be able to watch the progress while we repair your computer.

Onsite

Some issues need an onsite visit. Things like connecting new hardware or wiring faults. Our office is located close to the Adelaide CBD giving us fast access to most Adelaide areas. We don’t charge a call out fee for locations less than 15KM from the ASPCOM office. We have clients Australia wide and regularly travel to remote and interstate locations.

Workshop Services

Having your computer repaired in the ASPCOM workshop is an efficient and cost effective solution. We charge a fixed labour rate for all workshop repairs. For a task which will take longer than 3 hours booking your system into the ASP workshop may be the best solution for you. All quotes are generated free of charge and we have a no fix no charge policy. We can perform tasks like:
